I Recently Had A Drop In Potassium Due To Hydrochlorthiazide

I recently had a drop in potassium due to hydrochlorthiazide .... My level was down to 2.7. My doctor put me on slow k 2 twice a day which I have been on for a week and I will have my level checked again tomorrow. She also wishes me to increase my Micardis to 80 mg ( I have been taking 40) . When I checked the product information it stated that Micardis should not be taken with potassium so I am concerned if I have to take it longer. margaret, Langley B C.
