I Recently Had A Echo That Came Back Abnormal With

I recently had a echo that came back abnormal with septal infarction.. But dr told me I was fine heart was good... Dr didn't me about this I saw it on my test results online.. I had a prior stress test with an electrocardiograph about 4 months ago and it was completely normal.. So now I'm worried if I've had a previous heart attack.. Wouldn't that gave showed up during my stress test
