I Recently Had A Head Injury. The Doctor Said That

I recently had a head injury. The doctor said that I don't need stitches. The head got a little swollen up.and in the morning when I touched the place of injury it felt a little soft and there were traces of blood as well. The doctor suggested that I should go for a ct scan. He prescribed the following medicines took zerodol p and omez. Do I need to take any other medicines along with it so that it heals fast?
