I Recently Had A Homosexual Encounter With An HIV+ Male.

I recently had a homosexual encounter with an HIV+ male. I fingered and rimmed him but we later noticed blood on the sheets and realised he had been bleeding from his anus. But I think this was only after I had been fingering him and not rimming him. Am I at high risk and what should I do?
