I Recently Had A Hysterectomy Due To Fibroids And Congestive

I recently had a hysterectomy due to fibroids and congestive heart failure I still have an ovary. But my uterus and fallopian tube were removed. I have gained so much weight in the past year. I'm considering the HCG injections. Will this work for me. I'm taking 40 mgs of Furosimide and Levothyroxin 75mcg. All blood work always come back perfect. But I'm still gaining weight
