I Recently Had A Liver Function Test Which 2 Results

I recently had a liver function test which 2 results came back over 800 so Dr found I needed glad bladder out due too stones and byil duct cleared but my liver function test remains high I worried as I suffer from hyper cholesterolglyma and have been on statins for any years and my father died aged 68 due too his liver failing he also had type too dieabities will my liver just go back normal once glad bladder removed I asked Dr who I was under he replied maybe
