I Recently Had A Pelvic Ultrasound Done Which Showed Having

I recently had a pelvic ultrasound done which showed having a 'bulky uterus'.. my main concern is my inability to conceive.. I have had pain during intercourse but not always.. and random lower abdominal pain! What could having a bulky uterus mean and would this affect my ability to get pregnant?? I have read a lot about adenomyosis!
