I Recently Had A Pilonidal Cyst About A Month Ago.

I recently had a pilonidal cyst about a month ago. It was draining on its own but hurt really bad. The hospital just stuck a needle in it to drain. I've been fine ever since. However the cyst has popped back up today. No pain yet . How can i shrink this? I have a medicine cabinet full of antibiotics. What can i do so i don't have to go to the hospital? I can't take off anymore time from work.
