I Recently Had A Reaction To A Dye From A

I recently had a reaction to a dye from a ct scan with a rash showing on the trunk of my body. I was treated with benadryl. The rash cleared but I am now experiencing itchy calves and ankles at night with no real sign of a visible rash. Is it related to the initial allergic reaction to the ct dye or something else?
