I Recently Had A Shingles & Flu Vaccine Together And

I recently had a shingles & flu vaccine together and did have a slight rash,with some itching at the time of the vaccine.Now..I have a very red burning rash,with some pimple like marks and a few blisters all across my pelvic and abdomen area and between my legs.Can this be shingles?I did have chicken pox as a child.
