I Recently Had A Shower And Used A Body Wash

I recently had a shower and used a body wash i haven't used before and had trouble urinating afterwards. I then used a match stick believing something was stuck in my urethra- the match stick came out fine. I am still able to pee and have had no bloody discharge. However, my penis feels solid while flaccid . It has been 1 week and I have been told to wait another week by a urologist to see if symptoms of urethra trauma subside. Any suggestions ?
