I Recently Had A Stress Test And Doctor Was Not

I recently had a stress test and doctor was not very good when I went for a follow up at explaining exactly what this means "a small anterior
apical perfusion defect that is secondary to breast attenuation artifact that fills with
systolic wall motion" I am having a lot of muscle problems and yet they say the 3 main arteries are clear and have sort of dismissed me but increase meds and I want to know what this all means.
