I Recently Had A Third Surgery Because Of Complications From

I recently had a third surgery because of complications from my abdominal flap breast reconstruction in May. the breast is doing fine, but I have all kinds of issues aft4r the abdominal cut, including blood clots in my lungs (I'm on Eliquis until December) and fluid collection behind my incision. I had surgery 2 weeks ago to remove the fluids and scar tissue, but Im in a lot of pain, and today I started experiencing blood and discomfort in my urine. I have a history of UTIs from my cancer treatments 3 years ago. How should I proceed?7
