I Recently Had A Three Way By Pass, In Sept.,

I recently had a three way by pass, in Sept., and I have diabetes. I have always taken pill, metformin and glyberide 5 mg. After the surgery , they put me on insulin. Lantus and humoglog. I now have 126 to 150 in the morning, and 168 and 115 in t he afternoon, , do I still have to take a lantus shot of 35 and humolog 8 to 12 ?
