I Recently Had A Top Tooth Removed On The Left

I recently had a top tooth removed on the left side. One day I was eating and a piece of a top tooth cracked. I know have a crater Lake size whole on my tongue. I have had it for almost a month and it hurts to chew swallow and hurts all the time. I have used hydrogen peroxide, salt and baking soda and oreal gel also. It still hurts my whole mouth. What can I do or what is the problem?
