I Recently Had A Triple Bypass Surgery. They Then Told

I recently had a triple bypass surgery. They then told me that I had a raised right diaphragm that was pushing on my lower right lung. I didn't know that this happened while or after I had surgery. I remember the nurse prompting me to cough hard every 4 hours or so which became uncomfortable. I now have a hard time singing (my profession) and taking ina full breath of air. Was there something that my visit to the hospital caused this?
