I Recently Had A Tympanoplasty. My Ears Pop When I

I recently had a tympanoplasty. My ears pop when I swallow and I know the popping is normal post surgery. It's been a week and I had some pressure in my ear so, not thinking, I popped it (not by holding my nose or swallowing-- I just kinda did it naturally). Should I be concerned?
