I Recently Had A Ultrasound Scan Due To No Periods

I recently had a ultrasound scan due to no periods in the last 6 month's,bloating and pain in my stomach,the scan showed a shadow on my left ovarie and a mass in my uterus,I am waiting for a appointment to see the gynecologist but in the mean time am really worried about it,what could it be?
