I Recently Had A Urine Test Due To Urine Being

I recently had a urine test due to Urine being cloudy and I have chronic frequent bladder infections so I'm worried that Urine test showed amorphous phosphate. my doctor has recommended 2000 mg of daily vit C and 2000 of cranberry tables daily for my chronic bladder infections. Should I be worried or have additional test to avoid future problems?
