I recently had a yeast infection and I woke myself up scratching my clitoral hood. I do have a clitoral hood piercing which I did take out due to the soreness of where I scratched it. The side of my hood is swollen and the inner area is white. It's been 3 days now of misery. What can I do to help it without going to the dr
