I Recently Had An EMG And MRi With The Following

I recently had an EMG and MRi with the following Impressions:
MRI:
There is moderate multilevel spondylosis, malalignment and degenerative disc disease. This is more pronounced on right side at l3-4 and on left side at L5-S1.
Moderate scoliosis
EMG:
Sensory nerve action potential amplitude on left side reduced compared to right. ensory nerve action amplitudes borderline. EMG is consistent with lower level lumbrosacral radiculopathy. There is a suggestion of mild axonal polyneuropathy.

What does this mean?
