I Recently Had An US Of My Thyroid Which Showed

I recently had an US of my thyroid which showed a 6mm nodule with irregular borders, micro calcifications and internal flow on the right and..a 19mm on my left that is solid, with internal flow and internal micro calcifications that is well circumscribed. What does all this mean ??
