I Recently Had An Abcessed Tooth Removed Have Not Gotten

I recently had an abcessed tooth removed have not gotten any better. I am on both amoxicillin and flagyl to combat the infection, still have pain and exhaustion, have noted some chills and sweats, not able to eat due to nausea, but have now started to have hallucinations
