I Recently Had An Emergency Oophorectomy (due To Torsion), August

I recently had an emergency oophorectomy (due to torsion), August 4th 2015, I began bleeding in the post op room. I am 24 and diagnosed with PCOS. I have had several miscarriages. I have always had normal, regular, but heavy periods. This month I began bleeding on october 21st (4 days after I expected my period, last period was September 26th, before that September 1st with the last bleed being after surgery). It was extremely light and I used 1 regular tampon the entire time. I stopped bleeding the next day. Today, the 27th, I have extreme cramping, bloating, sore breasts/nipples, nausea (vomitting once) and at 6pm, I began spotting VERY VERY lightly. So light I wouldn't have noticed unless I looked at the toilet paper. I should mention these symptoms are NORMAL for me during ovulation and menstruation, however, having a second bleed IS NOT. My fiance and I have unprotected sex daily, usually 2-3 times a day. I have never been able to carry past 6 weeks, always ending in a spontaneous abortion. Is this to be expected from my oophorectomty? I took a HPT the night before AND the day I began bleeding (October 21st), both came back negative. I have not since tested again because I believed that to be my period beginning. I am starting to suspect something else?
