I Recently Had An Episode Of Chest Pain, Trembling, Numbness

I recently had an episode of chest pain, trembling, numbness in my arm, and difficulty breathing. I went to the Emergency Room and was checked out with multiple blood tests and other testing and all was negative for heart attack. I was admitted overnight and discharged the next day with no diagnosis. This has happened before but I still have no answers.
