I Recently Had An Mri Done For My Back, But

I recently had an mri done for my back, but i was told by my orthopedic doctor i need to see my obgyn. It has that there is a retroflexed uterus, there is debris or soft tissue in the endometrail cavity with thickened enlarged endometrial cavity. This is high signal on t1 and most likely represents blood products, there is some focal thickening of the juctional border posterior left which may represent aome mild adenomymatoais change, there is additionally a left adnexal cyst that is incompletely visualized there is a large amount of free fluid into the posterior pelvis. Can i hold out until the new year comes, thats when my insurance kicks in? Do i need to take care of this matter with in a couple of days.
