I Recently Had An Ultrasound Due To Breast Pain, However

I recently had an ultrasound due to breast pain, however results stated I have a 7mm cyst on the 3 o'clock on my left breast. The pain has subside but when I wear a bra the left breast itches where the bra ends on top of my breast. I am also noticing two spots that looks like blotches (pimple like) in the inner left breast.
