I Recently Had An Upper Respiratory Infection That Lasted Almost

I recently had an upper respiratory infection that lasted almost 4 weeks. I took antibiotics & steroids. Now I am experiencing swelling in my abdomen that puts pressure on my chest & makes it difficult to lie down at night. I still have a slight cough & I tire easily. I'm a 64 yr old female. I have type 2 diabetes & high blood pressure controlled with meds. Should I be concerned about the abdominal swelling?
