I Recently Had An X-ray On My Back, I Crushed

I recently had an x-ray on my back, I crushed four of my lower discs in my back. I since have been retaining fluid in my right knee, numbness in both knees and after a long walk with my dogs, felt fluid in my right ankle. I really feel the numbness in my right knee. I can handle pain- its the irritating numbness i feel in my knees (right - dominating).....that is making me feel concern. Can the crushed discs affect my knees, bowl and ankles?
