I Recently Had Blood Test Done. The Lymth Results Were

I recently had blood test done. The lymth results were 4.6 absolute high. I have aches and pains all over body including lungs. abdominal pain, arthritis on back neck and hands. Recently had cancer surgery on my face basil carcinoma cancer. My face also red puffy. I am 52 years old and feel like an 85 year old women. The pain on my whole body, joints, is sometimes unbearable. My question is do I have to be concerned of Lupus disease? My email address YYYY@YYYY . Thank you!
