I Recently Had Colon Cancer.......during The Initial Scan, Spots Were

I recently had colon cancer.......during the initial scan, spots were seen on my liver.....the doctor said it was probably water spots or vapor. I had a pet scan afterwards. The scan showed no signs of cancer from the top of my head to the bends of my knees. No bi-op was taken of the liver during the removal of a portion of the colon. No treatments will be given. I go back to the oncologist in 3 months. Should I be concerned about the seven spots on the liver?
