I Recently Had Day Surgery. While Asleep And "snoring "

I recently had day surgery. While asleep and "snoring " there were indications of a bundle block. When awake all indications disappeared and the EKG was normal. No one could give me an explanation but said it's probably nothing to worry about. Now I am worried. What's happening?
