I recently had either a hydrocelectomy or a spermatocelectomy (depending on where he found the fluid) and I expected some swelling, bruising and excess tissue. What has me a little confused is that my testicle is now rock hard and has a second rock hard growth about where the epididymis is : is this just orchitis/epididymitis? Will the nodule on the superior portion of my testicle return to normal with time (no longer have 2 firm benign lumps deforming me)?
