I Recently Had Liver Surgery And Had A Cyst A

I recently had liver surgery and had a cyst a large one removed from my liver. My pathology report came back and I tested positive for CK19 the staining was positive. My primary care Dr. said this could mean cancer but the liver surgeon said it was nothing. should I be concerned it was a large hepatic cyst with calcifications.
