I Recently Had Meniscus Surgery Done On R Knee. Later

I recently had meniscus surgery done on r knee. Later that day and since the surgery I've been having these symptoms. Swelling, pain , numbness and tingling in lower r calf area and below. I've had a ultrasound witch came back negative for blood clot. However that doesn't tell me what it could be. The problem still exist. Would you have an idea?
