I Recently Had My BP Checked (I've Been Out Of

I recently had my BP checked (I've been out of BP med for a few weeks) and it was 151/62 - before BP med it was 199/99 repeatedly. I was recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 3b (36 gfr) ... should I be concerned about a wide pulse pressure? I was at pharmacy & suddeny again so weak I couldn't stand & short of breath & nauseous to point of vomiting. I even been getting breathless just walking to mailbox. Was also recently diagnosed with 2 malfunctioning hearts valves...
