I Recently Had My Gallbladder Removed Like A Month Ago

I recently had my gallbladder removed like a month ago and I still have bad pains almost like a gallbladder is still there with the stones and infection. Since then I have been diagnosed with a blood clot in my right lower lung it's small and now on blood thinners. I have been also been having lower right pain in my back area and right side to lower front abdominal pain. Headaches, chills, dizziness no energy and little appetite loss (don't have much of an appetite anyhow) doc said maybe go to er for an appendicitis check but I really don't want to go to the er again as the last 3 times I've been admitted. Does this sound like it could be appendix related or something else?
