I Recently Had My Hip Dislocated By My Physical Therapist

I recently had my hip dislocated by my physical therapist 4 weeks after Birmingham hip resurfacing surgery.
Most of my movements and muscles are coming back before the dislocation. But I do have a pain in groin that I have never had, and I can not lift my leg up at all when laying on my side. Nothing helps strengthen that move. Any thoughts ? Please !
