I Recently Had Samples Taken Of My Prostate To Check

I recently had samples taken of my prostate to check for cancer. The results were negative. However, since the procedure, I have had increased amounts of bowel movement (all normal) and a dull pain before each frequency to a bowel movement. Is this a side effect of the prostate procedure or should I check this out?
