I Recently Had Sex 5 Days Ago And Everything Was

I recently had sex 5 days ago and everything was normal until about 2 am this morning I was extremely itchy on and around my clit. I scratched it thinking it was going to be relieved soon. I continued through my day but is even worse when I am up and moving around. The whole inside if my vagina is swollen and itches. What can I do to relieve my discomfort?
