I Recently Had Sex Using A Diaphragm But Without Spermicide.

I recently had sex using a diaphragm but without spermicide. After we finished, I had some pain & thought it might have to do with the diaphragm, so I removed it (instead of keeping it in for the recommended 12+ hours). I also noticed a few tears in the dome on the diaphragm. What are my chances of becoming pregnant? How much sperm could have gotten through the holes or into my vagina once I removed it?
