I Recently Had Sex With A Man A 6 Days

I recently had sex with a man a 6 days ago which included oral, vaginal, and anal sex. There was a condom until it broke during anal sex, then he put another on before continuing. He kept going back and forth between anal and vaginal sex. It was very rough sex as well. 3 days later, I began to have yellow tinged vaginal discharge with what looked like dried up blood combined with it, so I have now had this weird discharge for 4 days and I'm wondering if this is something I should worry about. I've always had excess discharge it seems, more than the normal woman but I'm curious if this is caused by an STD or something I should be concerned about? I also get UTI's frequently too. Currently it burns a little bit while I pee and my stools aren't solid. I have very bad digestion problems but I don't think that would have anything to do with vaginal discharge. I currently am on birth control and on my third week on the pill packet. I had sex with the same man 4 weeks ago and I didn't have anything abnormal happen to me like this but that did not include anal sex. I'm scared to get an STD test because I don't have any money to pay for one and am trying to see if I can determine this without getting a test done.
