I Recently Had Some Blood Tests Done At The Hospital.

I recently had some blood tests done at the hospital. The creatinine came back as 1.6 and the BUN is almost 12. I am 67 and weigh about 210. Within the past sixty days I have take an antibiotic for thirty days because of Lyme disease and prilosec for the past month due to heartburn. my glucose was a little high too. should I be concered?
