I Recently Had Someone Huge Fall On Me..tripped Over His

I recently had someone huge fall on me..tripped over his own feet, grabbed the empty wooden chair next to me which tilted..and came at me with his body weight and the wooden chair bracing his fall on my left wrist and hand. I was sitting down and only way I could've avoided this accident...was to NOT be there.STILL having a lot of wrist pain and it's been 6wks now...have been wearing custom brace. Ortho told me PT won't help this and offered me cortisone injection. Haven't responded to cortisone in other areas but mad told me each area is different.weighing out option of cortisone vs PRP injection. Want to treat source not just have bandaid for the pain.have propensity to build up scar tissue. Hope I gave u enough info..what would you do?..
