I recently had surgery done two months ago on my perirectum to remove inflamed skin tissue. The healing process has begun and a scar is forming. However, today, I noticed a white layer of skin over my scar. It looks like a whitehead, but there is no pus/blood. It is just very tender and slightly warm when touching.
