I Recently Had Surgery To Repair My Left ACL. I've

I recently had surgery to repair my left ACL. I've finished a round of antibiotics. I noticed Orange coloration on my knee a few days ago. Today, I have the same Orange coloration on my left foot and toenails. Is this any cause for concern? Some or my bandages have the same coloration when changed.
