I Recently Had The Mirena IUD Inserted. The Procedure Went

I recently had the Mirena IUD inserted. The procedure went very well. Cramping while it was inserted but literally nothing afterward. My biggest fears are hair loss, weight gain, psychosis and the device becoming embedded or perforating my uterus. How likely are these side effects to happen? Thank you.
