I Recently Had To Shave My Head Because For Like

I recently had to shave my head because for like 2 weeks I felt like something was crawling in my head and I could swear I could see it in the mirror but it was underneath the scalp and after some antibiotics and fungal shampoo that has decreased but now when I run my fingers over my scalp my nails almost seemed like they burst the little bubbles on my scalp as they go by is that possible?
