I Recently Had Tooth Removed From Lower Gum And Had

I recently had tooth removed from lower gum and had dental irrigation after a flight because of aching which radiated to ear ache. On arrival home after flight 5 days after dental visit I have aching the same as before the irrigation? Is there a solution other than dentist visit?
