I Recently Had Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy. Recovery Going Well Until

I recently had total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Recovery going well until I developed a UTI 2 weeks post surgery. My surgeon put me on a 3 day course of 500mg Leviquin(sp?). 2 days later not better so am now taking Keflex 500mg 4x day. I am feeling better in general, but still a lot of abdominal and groin discomfort. Also notice blood on the t.p. After voiding. I am 50 yrs old. Do I need to go back to see dr?
